| Any realtor can sell a house, but if you want womeone to look at it as more than a business transaction, Cathy Boch is the person you need to talk to. My situation was an unfortunate one and having to sell my home after a few months of owning was not the happily ever after I envisioned, but seperations happen. We spoke with a couple realtors to get multiple opinions on what we could do and I felt that each one we spoke with had nothing but bad news to say. They did the usual walk through then proceeded to tell us nothing but negative information about our situation. Nothing about them was comforting and in a situation like that, it only made it more unbearable. When I felt that all hope was lost, I got in touch with Cathy. She was new in the business but had twice the compassion than any realtor I've met straight from the get go. She was sympathetic of our situation and was the first to care enough to give us a positive outlook. After we spoke with the other realtors, we never heard a word from them, as if our business wasn't important. But after speaking with Cathy, she started doing more right away. Any realtor can print you comps of surrounding properties, but Cathy went as far as scheduling to view each and every one so that she could see what we were up against. I was completely blown away because I've never heard of this level of service from any realtor. Shortly after, she wasted no time in scheduling a game plan as far as when we should aim to have projects done all the way down to when she would have her open houses. Selling a house is stressful enough as it is, but the fact that she always had everything under control and organized took a huge weight off of our shoulders. After the house was on the market, Cathy kept in contact with us about every viewing and any feedback from them. When only after two days of being on the market we received an offer, Cathy was very adamant at staying on top of the process with the buyers' realtor to make sure everything was getting done on time. |

| Cathy also assisted me in finding a new home. The process itself didn't take long and before I knew it we were under contract. Again she was very adamant about staying on top of the deadlines and even had to put pressure on the selling agent because he was unprofessionally absent most of the time. After the inspection, Cathy made multiple visits to the home to make sure that the repairs were done properly. When closing day came, Mother Nature decided to deliver the worst snow storm of the last few years. Instead of rescheduling to another day, Cathy kept in touch with me throughout the morning and made sure that we could both get to the closing location and home safely. I cannot stress enough to you how, throughout the entire process, Cathy was undeniably a step above the rest. She was understanding, compassionate, flexible, patient and very comforting the entire time. Not to mention her strong level of determination and devoted work ethic that was unceasing. I would not hesitate to refer Cathy to anyone, regardless of their situation; she is the absolute best I know of. | ||
